Simon Singh has won his appeal in the liable suit brought against him by the British Chiropractic Association.

A brief history for those who don't know: Simon Singh was a science writer for the British news paper The Guardian, he wrote an article about Chiropractic, specifically about how its bunk, crap, bullshit, how it has no basis in science (or reality) and how it can harm. So The British Chiropractic Association sued him for liable despite the fact that there is no scientific evidence to support their claims. In the British liable laws the burden of proof is on the defendant unlike in any reasonable system and the rest of the British legal system and the defendant has to pay the court costs so it could cost the defendants millions just to defend them selfs. Many have taken advantage of the system to silence their critics including the British Chiropractic Association in this case. What followed was allot of bad light and bad publicity for the British Chiropractic Association and chiropractic. Simon Singh lost the first time because the judge is a fucking idiot who doesn't know what "bogus" means, Simon Singh appealed and has won.

But its not over yet. The British Chiropractic Association will not quit when they are behind, they plan to appeal. Well if they succeed in appealing it will only make them look worse.
