Stupid Creationist Arguments 27: But Its Just A Theory

I do not like to repeat my self, I don’t want to make posts that say something I’ve already said in a post and I’ve already cover what a theory is but this argument is so pervasive that it must be addressed. Plus I’m not getting the views I thought I would at this point and I need more views because i need people clicking the ads because this place isn’t free thus I need to make more (quality) posts.
Evolution is just a theory, it is not a fact, it is not a law.
(Again) a theory in science is not guess or conjecture, it is a thoroughly and repeatedly tested model that explains an observation or group of related observations. A fact in science is a confirmed observation and yes evolution has been observed, that makes it a fact as well as a theory. A law in science is a fact that has observed to be been universally true.
Theories in science are above facts, theories explain the facts[1][2].
Well that was short and I’ve said it all before. Well maybe I should tackle some related arguments.
Evolution hasn’t been proven.
Theories are never proven. However evolution the fact is pretty much proven, we have seen evolution happening, its been documented.
Evolution doesn’t make predictions.
Scientific theories and hypotheses have to make predictions and evolution does.
It predicted transitional fossils in the fossil record (found)3, it predicted that if we place a population in a situation where a a certain trait is beneficial, that trait would build up in the population (confirmed), it predicted the appearance of new traits (confirmed)[4][5][6]. Those are just off the top of my head, there are many more.
Evolution can not be falsified.
Any hypothesis or theory that makes testable predictions can be falsified in fact all hypotheses and theories have to make testable predictions, evolution does make predictions and they have been confirmed.
