Evolution Part 3: Micro and Macro

Creationism/intelligent design proponents often use the argument "Micro evolution has been observed, macro evolution hasn't" or "there is plenty of evidence for micro evolution but none for macro evolution." These arguments fail for multiple reasons.

First: They fail to give ant definition of the words "micro evolution" and "macro evolution" I however will give definitions.

Microevolution
Changes with in a population beneth the species level.
Macroevolution
Changes above the species level.

Second: Both micro and macroevolution has been observed.

Third: They misunderstand what scientists mean by observation.
Observation does not mean that scientists directly see it right in front of there faces. Just as you do not need to see see some one braking into your house, ransacking it and stealing your stuff to know that you've been robed. Astronomers can't see dark matter but (it doesn't interact in the electromagnetic spectrum (light, radio waves, microwaves, x-rays, gamarays, inferred, ultraviolet)) but they know its there, they can see the effects of its gravity.
Scientists don't need to directly see something to observe it.

Forth: Micro and macro evolution are the same proses (mutation with natural selection) macro evolution is just more changes over a longer period of time.

Fifth: The argument is like saying "You can walk 2 feet but not 20" They basically say that changes can not accumulate over time and add up to one big change.
